Welcome to Ikiru People We are delighted to announce the new phase in the development of ISV.Online. From 1st January 2020, we are bringing together several of the recruiting industry’s best-known suppliers –Dillistone Systems, Voyager Software, ISV.Online, and GatedTalent under one brand – Ikiru People. Why are we doing this? ISV.Online was acquired in 2014 by Dillistone Group Plc – a publicly-traded company on the London Stock Exchange and has been part of the Voyager Software Division since alongside two other divisions – Dillistone Systems and GatedTalent. We’ve long shared systems and resources and so going to the next stage – breaking down the walls between the firms – is an obvious next step. What does it mean for ISV.Online product development? ISV.Online is one of the most used skills testing products on the market. With over 50,000 tests a month being taken on the platform, and with some of our largest group clients using ISV.Online, we are determined to continue our focus on further developing this platform, to the benefit of our existing and new clients. What does it mean for support and other services? Ikiru People is primarily based in two new offices, both recently expanded and refurbished – the HQ offices in Basingstoke, and our original home in Eastleigh. We also have offices in the US, Germany, and Australia. Pulling the personalities and resources from the group companies, we’ve been able to build an expanded talent hub, pooling some of the brightest minds and most passionate people in the industry under one brand. Why “Ikiru People?” Our clients are all in the people business. We like to think we are too. Our people – over 100 of them – are vital to everything we want to achieve, and so we chose a name that reflected the importance of People. What does this mean for our existing customers? For everything day-to-day, very little. From the 1st of January 2020, you’ll receive invoices from the new company. You’ll also start receiving emails from the IkiruPeople.com email domain, but pretty much everything else is the same as it always has been. What does this mean for our future customers? The ISV brand will continue to remain strong. As long-established market leaders in online skills testing and training, we will continue to keep a solid presence in the market. We already have some new tests coming soon for 2020, and we will continue to develop and expand our offering to recruitment businesses and corporates around the world. Delivering and maintaining an excellent customer experience will continue to be a core focus for us.
