The assessment is a combination of psychometric personality profiling and cognitive ability assessments in one test.
It has been specifically designed with our client to look at 5 key competencies that help predict a person’s suitability to fit into a Blue Collar role. These competencies are as follows:
The result for this assessment gives a clear red/amber/green level for each of these competencies as well as for the overall result. These levels have been specifically calculated using norms and standard deviations calibrated for Blue Collar workers.
