The ability to provide excellent customer service and persuasive sales techniques for both inbound and outbound sales is key to the success of any contact centre or employee within a contact centre.
The online training is split into manageable bite-sized chunks so the learner can dip in and out as required. It’s perfect for idle or down times when call volume is low or can be scheduled as the contact centre manager or team leader sees fit.
